The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for loans from Little Lake Lending ranges from 36% to 600%. APR is the cost of your loan expressed as a yearly rate. Your actual APR will depend on the loan amount, term, and your creditworthiness. These rates are higher than those offered by traditional banks and credit unions. Please consider all borrowing options before applying.
Our loan products are not available in all states. Residents of states not listed in our service areas are not eligible for loans. State availability is subject to change without notice. Please verify your eligibility before applying.
We may report your payment history to one or more credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report and may negatively impact your credit score. Conversely, on-time payments may help build your credit history.
If you fail to repay your loan as agreed, we may engage in collection activities in accordance with applicable law. This may include contacting you by phone, email, or mail; reporting to credit bureaus; and/or pursuing legal remedies available under tribal law. We are committed to fair collection practices and comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) where applicable.
Renewing or refinancing your loan may result in additional fees and interest charges. We encourage you to pay off your loan according to the original schedule to minimize total borrowing costs. If you are considering renewal or refinancing, please carefully review the new terms and consider whether this is the best option for your financial situation.
